Illegal sand mining units raided

The raid was conducted in Chikkonahalli, Beladhar, Amruthgiri, Narasipura, G Bommenahalli, Nayakanapalya villages in Kora Hobli on Monday.

The illegal units were destroyed and diesel engine and other materials used for the purpose was seized. Assistant Commissioner Kumar, Tahsildar Ahobalaiah, Kora revenue inspector, village accountant and police were part of the team.
