This guy was petroleum minister and was well known for sleeping always in the Parliment.Being a Minister and Mp for eight times did nothing for Belguam.
So he went from Sleep to Deep Sleep. Who cares. Good riddance for North Karnatake. Thank God the earthj is lighter now.
Whatever may be his failings, Late Shankaranand was a good human being. He was MP and Minister for long time, but could not do much for the development of Belgaum. However, at personal level, he did not misbehave with people.
May his soul rest in peace.
He was quite useless and he did not do much to Karnataka, which sent him eight times! He was a rubber stamp for Congress rulers in covering corruption cases. It is for you decide whether we need such politicians.
