Prestige Sunrise Park, a new lair to consider

The Prestige Group, one of India’s leading developers, launched their latest residential offering — Prestige Sunrise Park, a 25-acre residential development at the heart of one of Bangalore’s most prominent IT hubs — Electronic City.

As more people migrated to Bangalore for education and job opportunities, the city witnessed the growth of other related industries like manufacturing, pharma and biotechnology.

Today, with booming prices and high saturation levels in the city centre, there is a strong demand for mid-level housing, primarily from the IT/ITES sector, in areas that are located close to IT hubs and in close proximity to good educational and healthcare institutions. Given this scenario, the Prestige Group is happy to launch Prestige Sunrise Park, a mid-level residential development aimed at first-time home buyers to give them an opportunity to experience premium living at affordable prices.”

Located at Electronic City, Gollahalli Village, and spread across 25 acres of land, the development offers a combination of 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments in a cluster of 15 towers. These towers range from G+16 to G+24 structures. All amenities that are an integral part of luxury developments have been included here, such as a swimming pool and club house with a cafeteria, gymnasium, super market, banquet halls, health spas, indoor game activities etc.

The site consists of two separate parcels of land with the proposed 100 m wide Peripheral Ring Road cutting across the site in the middle. Both land parcels are designed to function independently. Within each parcel, the master plan has been designed to carefully delineate the buildings to scale them for a neighbourhood experience. The club forms the hinge of this development, positioned centrally and accessible to all via a traffic-free pedestrian zone, which runs along the periphery of a large community area that includes recreational amenities from extensive green open spaces and landscape elements like jogging pathways, relaxation zones, kids play area and dedicated festive zones.

The building facade is contemporary with straight lines and an imaginative use of understated colours and textures that highlight the functional elements of the facade and impart a level of abstraction to it that is at once simple and elegant. The material palette comprises good performance finishes and texture paint.

The inward looking U-shaped tower blocks formed by unit clusters comprising six and 10 unit clusters have a distinctive architectural form and are organised in staggered configurations to maximise the potential for views while affording ample ventilation and daylight penetration.

The club house forms the heart of the development with its rich textures, creating the perfect ambience for outdoor living. Within the site boundaries, vehicular circulation has been confined primarily to peripheral roads along with surface parking and ingress and egress ramps, affording segregation between main vehicular and pedestrian routes within the campus.

Service access to each building will be at the basement. Interconnectivity between the buildings and access to landscape and recreational amenities will be through pedestrian walkways.

The apartments are priced from Rs 28 lakh onwards. Phase 1 has been sold out and bookings are currently open for Phase 2.
