‘Participate in cultural activities’

One should take active part in the cultural activities in the school days. Also, the students should help in showcasing the cultural diversity of our State, said legislator R Varthur Prakash.

He was speaking after inaugurating the new Pre-University College in the City on Thursday.
Students should work hard and cultivate their talent. From the legislators’ fund Rs 5 lakh will be donated to the college and also efforts will be directed towards the construction of a shed similar to an auditorium in the college, assured the legislator.

Also, present at the function were Munikrishnappa, M Puttamadaiah, T K Nagaraj and others.
