JOIN USThe traffic police will impose the following restrictions in view of the procession of about 100 Ganesha idols for immersion at Halasuru lake on Friday.
The procession will start from Thanisandra-Nagavara Main Road and pass through Periyar Circle, Pottery Road, MM Sindhi Colony, Assay Road and War Memorial Circle. The traffic restrictions will be in force till conclusion of the procession.
* Vehicles from the Outer Ring Road heading to Nagavara will be diverted at Nagavara Junction. The vehicles should take a left turn and move towards Hennur Junction. The vehicles should take a right turn at Hennur junction to join Lingarajapura Main Road. The vehicles can move on Davis Road and Shivajinagar Road.
* The vehicles will be diverted at Narendra Tent when the procession moves between Narendra Tent and Kadugondanahalli. The vehicles should take a left turn at Narendra Tent and move towards BDA Complex, Siddappa Reddy Circle and Lingarajpura.
* The vehicular movement towards Tannery Road will be diverted at Netaji Circle as soon as the procession begins on the Nagavara Main Road. The vehicles will be permitted to move on MM Road, Mosque Road, Davis Road, Linagarajpura and Thanisandra.
