Koramangala has welcomed yet another dining space into its arms - ‘Food Trip’.

The restaurant will ensure that diners have a taste of the world, be it the local burgers from New York or rice bowls from Japan. To tie it all up, it offers Indian flavours with the traditional Punjabi ‘parathas’ and more.

Conceptualised by Prateek and Prakul Agrawal, the space brings together ingredients and tastes from all over the world to create an explosive feel to the taste buds. They aim to bring in as many cuisines as possible under one roof. At the moment, they have six different flavours: New York, Thai, Japanese, Mexican and two types of Indian cuisines.

Some of their specials are ‘Neta ji’s tandoori paneer’, ‘Mi amigo’s patatas’, Mexican vegetable fajitas with cheesy potato croquettes, ‘bittersweet Bangkok dreams’, a corn-filled delight accompanied with Thai sweet chilli sauce, ‘Punjabi lion tikka’, ‘Empire State’s spicy chicken’, which has all the flavours of the Big Apple scarred with tabasco sauce and wholesome fried chicken and ‘funky ninja chicken’.

With metal chairs and soft pastel coloured walls, the eatery lays emphasis on simplicity. With many wall arts, installations and illustrations, the decor is heavily influenced by the international culture.   They also have an interesting range of beverages, appetisers, milkshakes and desserts.
