Banjara Melting Pot’ is a ‘jugalbandi’ of two cordon bleu brands from two vibrant cities - ‘Melting Pot’ in Mumbai and ‘Banjara’ in Bengaluru. Located on Cunningham Road, the quaint restaurant serves only the best of the India cuisine.

The pan-aromatic Asian menu, which has now become an essential ingredient in all sections of the culinary world,  whether it is traditional Indian or the exotic Thai and Oriental dishes, is a speciality offered at the restaurant. With its authenticity and nutritional value, the food has tastes that are unique to it.

Diners have the option to choose between an elaborate multi-cuisine fare paired with international wines or browse and select their choices down till the exact spice and flavour of their choice, on an online iPad menu. To alleviate the parking hassles of Cunningham Road, valet parking is available.

Some of their specialities are ‘paneer ke sikanji’, which is cottage cheese stuffed with green chutney and marinated in ‘chatpata’ ‘masala’ with tomatoes and green peppers; ‘Murgh Lalwari Kebab’, which is chicken stuffed with spinach, cheese and garlic and marinated in special red ‘tandoori masala’ and ‘Fish Rava Fry’ which is a person’s choice of fish marinated in a special Manglorean ‘masala’, coated with ‘rava’ and deep fried.

‘Banjara Melting Pot’ is located at No G117/118, Prestige Center Point, Cunningham Road, opposite Citrus Hotel. For reservations, call 41231772 or 41231774.
