Legacy Bangalore Winter Derby-2015’, held at the Bangalore Turf Club on Monday, proved to be an action-packed event. It not only saw high octane racing but some runway fashion and glitz too. The venue was resplendent with the presence of celebrities, socialites and people from different walks of life. Style quotient ran high and the guests spotted colours and prints of all kinds.

BH Krishnamurthy, managing director, Legacy Global Projects Pvt Ltd, said “This Derby in Bengaluru has always been an iconic event and we are proud to have partnered with the Bangalore Turf Club for the race this year. We have seen some splendid participation in all the races and watching these magnificent horses race has been an experience indeed. Our aim has been to make this race bigger and better in every sense this year. We are thrilled to see the euphoria and look forward to an exciting journey with this event.”

Designer clothes, statement pieces, spectacular hats, it was a day to remember and a fashion extravaganza in its own sense with a grand display of couture. And there were titles to win. The title of the ‘Best Dressed Man’ and the ‘Best Dressed Woman’ were awarded to Nicol Padival and Alok Sargod, who won a couple sponsored two-night stay each at Serai, Chikkamagaluru.
