A brush with Japanese cuisine

Teppan, the Teppanyaki grill restaurant, is hosting ‘Maki- Zushi festival’, a Japanese food festival, which is showcasing some of the best delicacies from the Land of the Rising Sun. The culinary fest will have authentic dishes from Japan presented in a delicious style. It will be a celebration of Teppan’s best Japanese fare, hosted by the seasoned Chef June.

The restaurant has introduced a variety of authentic Japanese dishes which can be relished by one and all thoroughly. The delicious menu showcases some of the most exquisite dishes like Kani Sake (tempura fried crab stick tossed with spices, wrapped with sushi vinegared rice and sliced salmon) and Kenko Maki (radish,carrot, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, rolled inside sushi vinegared rice, nori wrapped with spinach and carrots). It also features a wide range of Temaki (handmade cone shaped roll) in many good forms like Karaiinoku (shiitake and button mushroom sautéed with spices, spring onion, hand rolled with sushi vinegared rice and nori), Karaishoyumaguro (tuna seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil, tongarashi, spring onion, hand rolled with sushi vinegared rice and nori) and many more.

Teppan is located at 12/1, Ulsoor Road, Ulsoor. The lunch timings are between 12.15 pm and 2.30 pm and dinner is served between 7.15 pm and 10.30 pm.
