Anushka cheers for Kohli at Eden, proves she is not 'panauti'

Their love affair had become a butt of jokes after Virat Kohli failed to deliver at the World Cup 2015 semifinals. But, the love birds didn't let the controversies affect their relationship.

Anushka was called 'panauti' and was blamed for Kohli's bad performance at the semifinals. Unfazed by the controversies, the actress flew down to Kolkata to cheer beau Kohli and his team Royal Challengers Bangalore won the match against KKR, thereby proving that she is not a 'panauti'.

Kohli and Anushka's fans took to Twitter to show their support:

After the match, the couple was seen walking out of the stadium with a big smile on their faces.

However, cricket legend and commentator Sunil Gavaskar landed in Twitter controversy for asking Virat, "Is she here?", to which the cricketer replied "Yes, she would be".
Here, "she" apparently referred to Virat's lady love Anushka Sharma.

Twitteratis seemingly didn't like this and took to Twitter to slam the cricket legend Gavaskar.
