The captivating flavours

My Indian Oven’, the gourmet restaurant at My Fortune Bengaluru, will host ‘Kebabs – From the tandoor, with love’, the dining experience for all things ‘kebabed’ from April 26. 

You can bite into succulent vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings from chef Sachin Talwar who has brought together a variety of traditional and innovative kebabs, for guests.

The showstoppers at the fest will be ‘Nasheela Jhinga’: the rum-flavoured tandoori! Prawns alongside ‘Murgh Chapali’: Traditional Chicken Kebab from Peshawar and ‘Hare Masale Ki Machchi’: Fresh river water fish with spicy green margination.

For vegetarians, the ‘Panner Tikka Lazeez’ is a mind-blowing cottage cheese creation that is marinated with yellow chilly. ‘Bharwan Tandoori Shabnam’: Field mushrooms stuffed with spiced cottage cheese and ‘Palak Aur Anjeer Ke Kebab’, Spinach patty stuffed with figs promises unexpected yet captivating flavours and textures.

All the delicate kebabs will be served with four varieties of homemade chutneys and salads. Guests will also be served a delicious Dal-E-Fortune and a choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian curry along with a choice of freshly baked traditional Indian breads. The meal will be rounded off with a variety of Indian sweets with a western twist.

Priced at Rs 799 (inclusive of taxes) per person, for vegetarians and Rs 999 (inclusive of taxes) for non-vegetarians, the kebab festival is sure to be a feast for foodies. ‘My Indian Oven’ is also offering two complimentary brews with each order. The timing for lunch is 12 pm to 3.30 pm and dinner timing is 7 pm to 11.30 pm.
