School staff caught watching porn

Almost the entire staff of a higher secondary school in Uttar Pradesh’s Pilibhit district, about 300 km from here, were suspended for  watching a porn movie inside the school premises. The incident was reported from a school in Bilsanda area of the district.

According to sources, the principal often watched porn movies on his cell phone while on duty. Sometimes other teachers also joined him. Though some staff members had brought this to the notice of the school management, no action was taken against the offenders due to lack of evidence, sources said.

A computer teacher managed to record a video clip of the principal and some staff members watching a porn movie.  He then sent the video to the school management.

“The principal gave me a chip saying that it had a religious movie and asked all of us to watch it. But the chip contained a porn movie,” the computer teacher said.
The president of the school management committee A P Gupta said on Wednesday that the matter was brought to his notice and after examining the video. All those who had watched the movie have been suspended.

“An inquiry has been ordered.....the services of the offenders will be terminated if the charges are found to be true,” Gupta added. Earlier, school premises in Uttar Pradesh was used for organising liquor and dance parties. A few months ago, the principal of a primary school was pulled up for holding a liquor party within school premises. Barely a few days ago, the police unearthed a gambling racket inside a school in Auraiya district.
