Avial’ will be performing at Phoenix MarketCity, Whitefield Main Road, on August 26 at 6 pm.
An Indian alternative rock band, ‘Avial’ was formed in Thiruvananthapuram in 2003 and is known for its Malayalam lyrics.
The band had its first breakthrough with the single ‘Nada Nada’ and its eponymous album got them many awards in 2008.
The members of the band include Rex Vijayan (on the guitars and synthesiser), Tony John (on the lead vocals, synthesiser and turntables), Mithun Puthanveetil (on the drums), Binny Isaac (on the bass) and Neha Nair (on the backing vocals).
