She Googled for clues on suicide

The police have found that Isha Handa (26), who was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a  posh apartment complex in HSR Layout on Monday morning, had Google-searched  ways to commit suicide, before killing herself.

A senior police officer said, “Isha, a native of Thane in Maharashtra, had looked for ways to commit suicide and also how to end ones life  before she took the drastic step. She had searched on the Google search engine on her mobile phone, which was recovered by the police. We searched the mobile phone and found she had done an intensive research about killing one self.”

The officer said that a some vital information was found on the mobile phone and it cannot be revealed at this point. The police are yet to draw a conclusion on the reason for her to commit suicide.

“The body was handed over to the patients and they have flown back to their place. They could not be questioned as they were in shock. We will ask them to come back after few days for questioning” added the officer.

Handa was staying at an apartment on Old Airport Road and was sharing the flat with Poonam and Smriti, both from Uttar Pradesh.

She was working as a marketing manager with a massage parlour.  The incident occurred in Sobha Classic on Haralur Road, off Sarjapur Road, Eastwood Township. None in this apartment knew Handa.The incident occurred late on Sunday night, but came to light only on Monday morning.
