Director: Nikhi Advani

Imran Khan plays a college boy smitten by a typical Page 3 specimen — Kangana Ranaut, as the queen of quirks yet again. The girl is on the campus just for “time-pass” flings.
Both are blessed with airhead friends who even stage a Devdas theatrical just to cover up the lovebirds when their parents come to check up on them.

After college, both start living in and we are told in flashbacks how the couple graduate from making out in the car to fighting over their pet turtle. Now, the poor creature offers the only light moment in the film, with its name — Milkha. Must say, Milkha shares a better chemistry with Imran.

Both split, but from what one gets to see, there isn’t a solid reason behind the break-up, except maybe lack of toilet etiquette. She is pissed off that he pees as if he is a holding a champagne bottle. “Hold the little soldier and aim,” she screams.

His complaints? Nothing. Imran is one hopeless lover who will cling on to his woman even if she ignores him for four long years.

So, what really went wrong with the two? Before one finds that out, it’s quite clear that nothing went right with the movie. Director Nikhil Advani does come up with a reason why Kangana “moved on” and Imran kept pining for her. But that “twist” doesn’t justify his wasting two hours of script on sweet nothings.
