It was unfortunate," official sources requesting anonymity told PTI.<br /><br />Modi arrived here on a three-day visit to Malaysia during which he will attend two high-profile meetings at the ASEAN- India and East Asia Summits besides addressing the Indian diaspora tomorrow.</p>
