No change in LLB exams

Last Updated 09 February 2010, 19:38 IST

The four law college principals had challenged the notification issued by Bangalore University, which identified five colleges as cluster centres for conducting the exams. The bench opined that they would not interfere in the exam process and observed that it was not possible to grant a centre for each place, as the number of students in some places were anywhere from one to three.

BU had issued a notification on February 4  identifying M S R Law College, Seshadripuram Law College, BES College of Law and V V Puram Law College in Bangalore, and Government Law College in Kolar as cluster centres. A total of 30 colleges under them have been asked to conduct the examinations.
