Dhoni wins toss, invites Bangladesh to bat in Asia Cup final

India skipper MS Dhoni won the toss and decided to bowl against Bangladesh in the weather-hit Asia Cup Twenty20 final at Sher-e-Bangla stadium, here today.

Due to delayed start, the match has been reduced to 15- overs a side. Fielding restrictions are for five overs and a bowler can bowl a maximum of three overs.

All the players, who were rested for the game against UAE, have returned to the Indian side. It means that Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harbhajan Singh and Pawan Negi have made way for Ravindra Jadeja, Ashish Nehra and R Ashwin.

Bangladesh have included Nasir Hossain and Abu Hider.

India: MS Dhoni (C), Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin Ashish Nehra and Jasprit Bumrah.
Bangladesh: Mashrafe Mortaza (C), Tamim Iqbal, Soumya Sarkar, Sabbir Rahman, Mahmudullah, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Nasir Hossain, Al-Amin Hossain, Abu Hider and Taskin Ahmed.
