There were only 150 commuters onboard,” Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited spokesperson U A Vasanth Rao said.<br /><br />“This is my first journey on the metro. I was worried as the train was stuck between two stations. But we were deboarded at Cubbon Park station safely,” Jnanika, a resident of Yeshwantpur, said.<br /><br />Another passenger said that there was an announcement that the train would resume operation shortly. <br /><br />“This brought some relief to us,” he said. Soon after the incident, there was a heavy rush of passengers at the Cubbon Park station and the train plying from Baiyappanahalli was packed.<br /><br /></p>
