JOIN USIt’s the season of love and celebrating Valentine’s Day is the brewery and restaurant — ‘U4IA’. The chefs here have crafted a special Valentine menu.
Some delicious dishes on the menu are salads like ‘Fall in Love’ (a duet of mozzarella cheese and tomato with basil vinaigrette dressing and drizzle of balsamic reduction), ‘Going for the Date’ (prawns and strawberry mix along with greens and poppy seeds). Appetisers include ‘Smoking Hot Date’ (honey-glazed smoked chicken sausages hearts) and ‘Paneer Dilwale’ for vegetarians. The main course comprises ‘Chicken Parmesan’, ‘Pan-Fried John Dory Fish’ and ‘Jamaican Jerked Cottage Cheese’.
A live band ‘Beyond Harmony’ will also be playing love melodies and DJ Ron will make sure that he plays songs that keep your time with your loved one full of romance. Dessert-lovers can indulge in ‘Pop-In-Mug’, which consists of red velvet cake topped with cream cheese, another layer of chocolate fudge cake topped with hot chocolate sauce and sprinkled with nougats and marshmallows.
