‘Nali Kali successful in Kolar dist’
Nali Kali programme has been successfully implemented in the district, said Public Education Department Deputy Director Prahalad Gowda.
He was speaking at the interaction programme organised for the district level resource persons, here recently.
The learning levels of the children in all the 1,722 nalikali schools in the district is satisfactory, he said.
He advised the teachers to come out with models which can attract the students attention and encourage them to learn. He exhibited some models on the occasion.
Jayarama Reddy, District Programme Deputy Co-ordinating Officer called upon the teachers to make children attend the class regularly and organise programmes like janotsava to make students learn. Slow learners should also be encouraged, he added.
Anjaneeya Reddy, District Deputy Director (Development) said the programme will be extended for three more years. The programmes will be formulated as to assist the teachers to conduct the class smoothly. KGF Block Education Officer Krishnamurthy, lecturers R Mohammed, C N Pradeep Kumar, Block Resource Co-ordinating Officers Edwin Clistopher, Sadananda Murthy, Kempaiah, Rajappa, Chandra Reddy and others were present.
