Two robbed at knife point

Three persons riding a bike chased a school teacher, cornered her in a secluded place and robbed her of a gold chain worth Rs 40,000 after threatening her with a knife in OMBR Layout here on Thursday, Ramamurthynagar police said.

Sunita, a resident of Pai Layout was on her way home when the dacoity took place. The bikers also took her bag which contained a cellphone. A case has been registered.
Arun Kumar (30), a software engineer, who was returning home after work was robbed at knife point by three persons near Byappanahalli Railway Gate here.
They fled with his cell phone, Debit and Credit Cards, and Rs 1,000 cash.
Banaswadi police have registered a case.
