Alliance Française and The Humming Tree, with the support of Mairie de Paris, will present a unique beatboxing concert by Faya Braz on September 15, 8.30 pm onwards at The Humming Tree.
Along with the concert, Alliance Française will also conduct a beatboxing workshop with the artiste. There will also be a screening of a documentary about hiphop in France followed by a discussion. Faya Braz is one of the main French beatboxers and a prolific activist of the beatbox culture. Each of his shows is a surprising and powerful experience, a story where every sound is made with the one instrument that everyone owns — the mouth.
