Nandos has come to Punjabi Bagh and is different from any other Nando’s in Delhi. This restaurant is matching up to the international style of service that Nando’s follows worldwide.

People have to take their own cutlery, plates and glasses. They can also choose from a variety of sauces and salad dressings, available at a counter.

The bottomless aerated drinks have also to be poured by the guests. Another addition is the bottomless vanilla yogurt, which also follows the self-service style. Apart from this, the food will be served at table, and the order can be placed near the open kitchen, which is  aromatic.
The restaurant has added new sides like ‘Macho Peas’ which is very flavourful. ‘Chargrilled Veg’ is the evergreen favourite and is a must try in the sides. Sides from the old menu like the ‘Three Bean Salad’ might not be preferred because of other delicious sounding sides; but this salad can be surprisingly good. It is a burst of freshness and can go really well with main course chicken.

Apart from grilled chicken, chicken liver at the restaurant is cooked in tangy gravy which can make liver-lovers go crazy. It comes with a ‘Portuguese Roll’ and can be sufficient for one person.

But Nando’s is not restricted to chicken and has a separate menu for vegetarians with delights like ‘Something Exotic’ – a grilled paneer and fresh watermelon. ‘PERi-PERi nuts’ is a new addition to the menu as well. ‘Veg Espetada’ is a delight to look at with various ingredients like grilled paneer, mushrooms, broccoli, and bell peppers in Peri- Peri of choice.

The ‘All Together Platter’ comes with strips of pita bread, spicy mixed olives, red pepper dip and hummus with a drizzle of Peri-Peri. It is almost impossible to keep away from this platter, even if your stomach is full. Nando’s is a good option for the health conscious, as everything is grilled there apart from potato fries and wedges.

The music, décor and lights are all imported from Africa. Paintings of African artists have found space in all corners in the restaurant. The lights have a unique design that add to the African ambiance and enhance the Nando’s experience.
