Racetrack.ai bets big on its chatbot Marvin

September 10, 2016, Bengaluru, DHNS 22:23 IST
Racetrack.ai, an artificial intelligence-driven suite of sales enablement applications, plans to roll out a healthcare emergency app in a couple of months. Racetrack.ai is creating a product-line that adapts itself with the growth of different industry verticals like BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), healthcare, education, ecommerce, and real estate.

Its first product among others is Marvin, an AI-driven chatbot that engages a website’s visitors. “Marvin is the communication platform that instantly connects with the people for the service they are looking for. Right now, we are in the healthcare sector. Marvin is under pilot run by a couple of hospitals,” Subrat Parida, CEO of Racetrack.ai said, adding that they are planning to launch an emergency app in a couple of months after its initial penetration in healthcare.

“Our motto is to understand consumers’ language. Also, to create value for our customers by revolutionising how businesses engage their customers,” he said. Racetrack.ai, which started its operations a year ago, wants to introduce Marvin in four different sectors, including real estate.

“If you take healthcare, Marvin, with its AI capabilities can understand patients’ symptoms, and it provides proper guidance to them. Marvin is being built not only by the team of Racetrack.ai, but also being built and validated by specialised doctors in various specialities across the country,” he said, adding it aims to revolutionise how patients interact with the healthcare system.

As far as the education sector is concerned, Parida said, “Marvin will not only be able to help one in narrowing down his/her option, but will be able to guide one through the entire process, including admission alerts and fees, among others.”
