Su-Kam rolls out lithium ion battery LED inverter bulb

 Power backup solutions provider Su-Kam Power Systems on saturday announced the launch of LED inverter Bulb, an advanced emergency bulb in the Indian market.

It is powered by an inbuilt lithium ion battery, and is much cooler than conventional lights, thus reducing the risk of combustion or burnt fingers.

The LED mmergency bulb’s lithium ion battery helps it glow even when the main grid electric supply fails. When the LED is connected to electric supply, it glows and the internal battery is charged through the supply. In case of power failure, the bulb will still glow, with a backup of up to four hours, through a fully-charged battery.

According to Su-Kam Director (Technical) Sanjeev Saini, “Su-Kam has been instrumental in strengthening and upgrading the inverter and UPS industry in India. We are constantly evaluating our range of solar as well as inverter products for diverse requirements of customers. The LED inverter bulb is an ideal solution designed to meet the lighting requirements of a household.”
