IMTEX 2017 to begin on Jan 26 in Bengaluru

As manufacturing is advancing, moving towards machines, which talk to each other, and cars are driven without drivers, what would the future factory look like? These are some of the issues to be deliberated by top experts from the US, Germany, Japan, the UK and India, when they converge in Bengaluru, which is hosting a global machine tools show beginning January 26.

Engineering Export Promotion Council of India, the country’s apex body for engineering exporters, would leverage the forthcoming flagship ‘IMTEX 2017’ to reach out to the manufacturing giants, seeking to further integrate into the global supply chain. It is focusing on manufacturing in South India and is partnering with the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA).
