<p>Mobile value-added solutions provider OnMobile on Thursday said that its Managing Director and CEO Rajiv Pancholy has resigned owing to personal and family reasons.<br /><br /></p>.<p>After almost three years, Pancholy has cited personal and family reasons for leaving OnMobile and returning to Canada, the company said.<br /><br />The Board of Directors of OnMobile Global has also announced that it has approved a new corporate structure with Francois-Charles Sirois as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. It also named Sanjay Bhambri as President and Chief Operating Officer of India, Asia, Middle East and Africa; and Ignacio Martin Velasco as President and Chief Operating Officer of Europe and Americas.</p>
