There are instances of some areas getting excess water and other areas not getting minimum supply, even on alternate days. The water to Srirampuram is supplied through combined jewel filters located in Malleswaram. The water is made to flow either by pumping or by gravitational force. Areas, where water is supplied by gravity, get sufficient water, whereas the supply by pumps to some areas is tardy. This fact was brought to the notice of the concerned officers but has been of no use. The residents of 3rd, 4th and 5th Cross roads onwards are facing an acute water shortage. Will the authorities look into it?
