Credai Home Expo

Last Updated 23 March 2017, 18:39 IST

More than ever before, people are now stepping forward with the thought of investing in a home of their own. With the aftermath of the demonetisation effort now abating, real estate prices are at the best they will be this year, before changes such as the RERA Bill and fluctuating prices of construction materials take effect.

In keeping with its dedicated efforts to bringing the best homes for the people of Bengaluru onto a single platform, CREDAI-Bengaluru will host its much awaited Home Expo 2016 on March 25 and 26 at Hotel Shangri-La. This comes closely on the heels of the recently concluded exhibition at Hotel Park Plaza, Marathahalli, that saw a record number of prospective home buyer visitors.

Speaking about the upcoming event, Suresh Hari, Secretary, CREDAI Bengaluru, says, “We have always wanted to provide people with a choice of quality properties that follow the stringent rules of CREDAI. Our Home Expos have always been welcomed and the response has always been phenomenal, as we have seen even this year at the first edition at Hotel Park Plaza. This is a single platform that brings together prospective buyers, builders with properties and financial institutions. Effective interaction ensures that people get a good deal, some of which are also specific to sign-ons that happen at the Expo.”
The management of CREDAI-Bengaluru has long since understood the needs of a prospective home buyer and the dearth of platforms that bring together quality properties and financial institutions for a person to explore. It is to address these requirements that the annual Home Expo is held in two editions at two locations across the City.

The USP of this Expo is the fact that the venue of the exhibition is a centrally located one, enabling people from all around its radius to come forward and explore properties, without going out of their comfort zone. Given the hectic pace of life, this ease of access is generally appreciated, especially since it takes place on a weekend. This exhibition will be easily accessible to those who live in North Bengaluru and are on the lookout for a home.
