Dramatic developments in AIADMK party continued in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday too with AIADMK "Amma" deputy secretary TTV Dinakaran, who was side-lined by the ministers, said at present he would like to stay away from the party and would take next course of action after consulting with his aunt VK Sasikala, who was jailed in a Bengaluru prison.

Referring to the group of ministers', led by chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami, decision to completely side-line him from the party, Dinakaran said "I do not know why they (ministers) have taken such decision. If they feel that the party will be benefited if I stay away from it, I will do that. Anyhow, I will take my next course of action after consulting with my aunt".

He also said due to "unknown fear", the ministers have decided to keep him away from the party. "It is good if they take correct decision to the development of the party", he added.

Dinakaran, who was on the way to appear before a city court, said he will also ask his supporters to be united and extend their support to the government. "I will not fight with anyone to prove anything. Instead I will ask my supporters to be united with the ministers for the development of the party and as well as the government", he said.

Sasikala's nephew said that he is not under compulsion to prove the number of AIADMK MLAs who are supporting him. "Right decision will be taken soon", he added.

Meanwhile, terming the minister's decision to throw out Dinakaran and his family members from the AIADMK as his "first victory", rebel leader and former chief minister O Panneerselvam said "they (ministers) have taken a good decision. Our victory journey will continue".

Panneerselvam said his high-level team will consult with the ministers and would take decision as per the wishes of party workers and people of the State.
