Family of injured soldier clueless about his health

Family members of a soldier, B Ramesh of Bhadregowdanakoppal near Yelwal, who was injured in a terrorist attack on the Army camp in Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), are worried about his health condition.

Ramesh’s mother Puttamma said that she was only aware of the fact that her son had been hospitalised in Jammu and Kashmir due to injuries. The authorities concerned were not providing them any information about Ramesh’s health, she added.

Ramesh’s wife Rekha said that she yearned to visit him. Ramesh had joined the Indian Army when he was 18 years old and is due for retirement in February next year.
