Half-centuries from Pradeep G (72) and Mahesh K (54) were instrumental in Engrades putting up a comeptitive 270 for nine in 50 overs. Suraj Reddy BN topped the wicket charts for Wilson Garden, returning figures of four for 59.
It was then Sachin who came to the fore during Wilson Garden’s run-chase and ripped through their batting by taking six for 25. Wilson Garden ended at 130 all out from 33.5 overs to crash to a big defeat.
In another game, BEL Colony Recreation Club rode on brilliant bowling efforts from Kishan R and Daniel Sequeria to register a thumping ten-wicket victory over Young Lions Club.
Kishan (4/46) and Sequeria (4/18) bagged eight wickets between them to bundle out Young Lions for 84 in 23.1 overs.
Santosh BM then slammed an unbeaten 52 as BEL RC knocked down the target in 19.1 overs.
