Teen gang raped inside Police Lines in UP

In a shocking incident, a teen was allegedly gang-raped by two people, including a cop, inside the Police Lines in Uttar Pradesh's Farrukhabad town, about 250 kilometres from here.

 
According to the police sources, the teen was on way to a relative of hers in Farrukhabad town on Saturday, when one of the culprits, who was known to her, took her to a room in the Police Lines on the pretext of taking her to her relative. A cop, who was an acquaintance of him, also accompanied them.
 
The teen was allegedly kept the hostage in the room and gang raped. She managed to escape from there on Sunday.
 
Her parents approached senior police officials on Monday and on their directive a case was registered against two persons. Both the alleged culprits were absconding, police said.
