Iona, an interactive entertainment centre that offers a range of games at Virginia Mall, Whitefield, was launched in the city recently.
The 100,000 sq ft of area is dedicated to virtual reality zones, simulation gaming, robotic cinemas, cricket simulator pitches, four lane UV-lit bowling alley, 3D click art museum, roof top futsal, multi-sports pitch and more.
Driven by a team of experts, the experiences at Iona are designed to rejuvenate one, mentally and physically. Just as thrilling are the virtual reality experiences Iona engineers and ideators have created specifically for this facility.
It is one-of-a-kind space that combines physical activity and sports along with robotics, virtual reality and fun games which are assured to keep up with the ever changing virtual world.
Chris Gayle, fondly known as ‘universal boss’ and who personifies fun and entertainment, is the brand ambassador of Iona.
“Iona is created to be the ‘Boss of Fun’, unveiled by the ‘universal boss’ of cricket,” says Subramanium, director, Iona Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. “We are a world class, one-of-its-kind place where technology and experience combine to delight guests across age groups. A unique-themed gastro bar ‘Izakaya’, set inside Iona, serves a wide range of dining experience. The timing at Iona is 11 am – 10.30 pm (weekdays) and 11 am -11 pm (weekends).
