Nitin, Prabhu power National Public to comfortable win

Half centuries by Nitin (69) and Prabhu Shankar (82) helped Sudarshan Vidya Mandir beat National Public School by 68 runs in the KSCA Group I, III Division under-16 inter-school cricket tournament here.

Riding on the fine knocks by Nitin and Prabhu, the Sudarshan Vidya Mandir team managed 206/7 in their 30 overs.

In reply, National Public School were bundled out for 138 in the 27th over. Naren SP was chief destructor with figures of six for 22.

In another fixture, Harsh bagged six for 12 as Clarence Public School beat Presidency School, Kasturinagar by 103 runs.
