Twinkle Khanna shares photo of defecation

With his latest release - Toilet: Ek Prem Katha - Bollywood star Akshay Kumar lent his support to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan - and his wife, Twinkle Khanna, on Saturday took to social media to drive home the point.

The 42-year-old actress, model and writer,  shared a photo of a man, whom she had spotted defecating in open, during her morning walk on Saturday at a beach in Mumbai.

On her Twitter handle @mrsfunnybones, she wrote: "Good morning and I guess here is the first scene of Toilet Ek Prem Katha part 2 #WhenYourWalkGoesDownTheToilet" and also tagged a selfie of her with a man defecating in public in the background.

Twinkle, the daughter of superstar Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, received a lot of reactions on the social media after the post.

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha - co-produced by Akshay Kumar and Neeraj Pandey stars Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles, with Anupam Kher, Sudhir Pandey and Divyendu Sharma in supporting roles. It was released on 11 August - and it has got a good response.

It may be mentioned here that, last month, Mumbai was declared open defecation free and Maharashtra Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis had tweeted about the certification congratulating the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and Municipal Commissioner  Ajoy Mehta. The Quality Council of India (QCI), a Union government-affiliated agency that had declared Mumbai an ODF city in January, revalidated the city as an ODF on July 6 after holding another assessment.
