Last Updated 22 August 2017, 18:02 IST
In a bid to resalvage his reputation, Infosys co-founder N R Narayana Murthy will be reaching out to investors and explain his stand on what is now a public battle with the company’s board and the management.

Murthy is slated to hold an investors’ call on Wednesday to explain why the values of the company he built has been diluted and how that is bad for Infosys in the long run.

The company has seen massive erosion in its market capitalisation since the spat between Murthy and board became public. In two trading days post Sikka’s resignation, the company saw over Rs 32,000 crore being wiped of from its market capitalisation, with Murthy alone losing over Rs 1,100 crore.

On Tuesday, Infosys shares closed 0.42% up at Rs 877.15 compared with the previous close on BSE.
