India's response in Mallya case by November 3

By November 3, the government will submit its written response to industrialist Vijay Mallya’s arguments in a court in London challenging the move to get him extradited from the UK.

The government will submit its responses to the Westminster Magistrates’ Court through the Crown Prosecution Service of the UK government, said Raveesh Kumar, Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs.
