Cisco to digitise Akshaya Patra Foundation's kitchens

Cisco on Wednesday announced an agreement with Akshaya Patra Foundation  to accelerate digitisation of their kitchens across seven  locations in the country.

As part of the agreement, Cisco will deploy an enterprise-grade network connecting the kitchens and their offices, V C Gopalratnam, CIO-international, Cisco, said.

“Digitisation will make the work fast and will enable real time data collection. It will also help streamline kitchen production and in distribution and supply chain,” said Shridhar Venkat, chief executive officer, Akshaya Patra Foundation.
