Former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, who was admitted to a private hospital following fever and blood pressure fluctuation, was discharged on Thursday.
Yeddyurappa was admitted to Apollo Hospital on Bannerghatta Road on Wednesday evening as he was running a high temperature. When Yeddyurappa informed the doctors that he was embarking on a 75-day state-wide yatra from November 2, they advised him a thorough medical check-up.
The tests were conducted on Thursday morning and he was discharged later in the day after his fever subsided, sources said.
