<p>Actress Paz de la Huerta has alleged that disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein raped her twice in 2010.<br /><br />The "Boardwalk Empire" made the revelations in an interview with Vanity Fair.<br /><br />The first instance, de la Huerta said, was in November of that year. Weinstein allegedly offered her a ride home to her apartment, where he demanded to come inside and have a drink.<br /><br />She said Weinstein then started to kiss her, and after she tried to brush him away, he pushed her onto the bed.<br /><br />"I felt afraid... It wasn't consensual... It happened very quickly..." De la Huerta said.<br /><br />The actor said the second assault happened a month later, in December.<br /><br />When asked about de la Huerta's allegations, Brendan Ryan of the New York Police Department told Variety in a statement, "We are aware of the sexual assault complaints. We are actively investigating them. The NYPD continues to work with the Manhattan District Attorney's office on the case. The investigation is on-going."<br /><br />De la Huerta joins dozens of women who have come out against Weinstein alleging sexual harassment or assault.</p>
