Woman gang-raped in UP

A 26-year-old woman was  reportedly gang-raped by three persons in Ramlila tilla area in Muzaffarnagar, a police officer said on Saturday.

According to the complaint lodged by the victim's husband, the incident occurred on Friday evening when the accused abducted his wife and raped her, the police said.

The wife of one of the three men was also involved in the crime, said Circle Officer Garish Bhadoria, adding that a case has been registered against the four and further investigations are underway.
