Reacting to the recent statement issued by JD(S) MLA G T Devegowda that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is aiming for the Prime Minsterial post, MLC R Dharmasena said on Sunday that the CM is capable of becoming the Prime Minister in future.
Speaking at the 100th birth anniversary of former prime minister Indira Gandhi here, Dharmasena said that, "It will not be a surprise if All India Congress Committee (AICC) vice president Rahul Gandhi offers the prime minister's post to Siddaramaiah if the party gets majority seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections."
