Neera policy notified in gazette

 The state government has finally issued the final gazette notification on Neera policy.

The policy will end all hurdles to tap Neera and sell it. The companies floated by coconut growers wil get an opportunity to sell it. Neera palours can also be opened across the state.

The farmers have been carrying out a struggle for Neera policy from the two decades. The government had announced Neera policy in the budget three years ago.
