BJP State President Yeddyurappa on Sunday said that his party will re-open all cases wherein "clean chit" has been given to Congress leaders by the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) and other investigating agencies.

Speaking at the Nava Karnataka Nirmana Parivarthana Yatra at Nagar in Bengaluru, Yeddyurappa said the government was misusing the ACB to give clean chits to Congress leaders and at the same time register false cases against rivals.

"As soon as the BJP comes to power, we will order reviews of all cases wherein clean chits have been given and order re-investigations. We will send the Congress leaders where they belong," Yeddyurappa said.

Yeddyurappa called Chief Minister Siddaramaiah a "baccha"(kid) reacting to his recent remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Siddaramaiah had recently stated that Modi was afraid of him. "Why should Modi be scared of you? Yeddyurappa asked, referring to Siddaramaiah in the singular.

He said the Congress does not even have the numbers to be official called the opposition in Parliament.
