Deputy Commissioner Sasikanth Senthil has said that a detailed project report for the development of Sasihithlu beach is ready and has been submitted for approval.
Speaking to reporters here on Wednesday, he said that beach development works will be initiated in Dakshina Kannada. Further, the district administration has asked officials to explore points in beaches of Dakshina Kannada for initiating scuba diving. "If we get at least 10 to 20 points, then scuba diving can be initiated," Senthil said.
