MoU signed for Disaster Resilience

CHD Group and SEEDS recently signed a strategic MoU in New Delhi to build disaster resilient communities in India.

CHD Group CEO Dr Edmond Fernandes and SEEDS Executive Director Dr Manu Gupta signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

The MoU is directed towards developing a minimum agenda programme for proposed interventions in health and disasters, address health needs of vulnerable groups in the communities, align with global policy frameworks and jointly carry out research and innovation towards improving public health in disaster prone regions and vulnerable communities. SEEDS is a non-profit working to make vulnerable communities resilient to disasters.
