Two rape minor girl's corpse for hours in Haryana

In a barbaric act, a class VI student was raped, strangled and raped again after she was dead, by two persons in village Urlana Kalan in Panipat.

The 11-year-old Dalit girl's dead body was recovered from a nearby stagnant pond on Sunday evening.

The gory nature of the crime has sent shock waves across the state. This is the third incident of rape with a minor girl in Haryana in the last two days.

The police have arrested two accused, identified as Sagar and Pradeep. The two are relatives of the minor girl, who went missing on Saturday.

The minor had gone missing on Saturday evening when she went out to dump the garbage. On her way back, the two accused, who were in the inebriated state, lured the girl with a chocolate.

She was sexually assaulted inside the room and when she tried to resist, they strangulated her and continued to have sex with the corpse.

Later, they burnt her clothes to destroy the evidence before dumping her body. After the body was found, the two stood as spectators in the crowd along with other villagers pretending ignorance. It was only after the dog squad reached the room where the crime was committed that the two were picked up by the cops. The two have been arrested and have confessed to the crime.

In another Nirbhaya-like incident, a 15-year-old class X student was gang-raped before she was drowned in Jind. The assailants inserted foreign objects into her private parts causing internal bleeding. Doctors said her body had 19 injuries, including ruptured lungs suggesting someone sat on her chest.
