Audio of KPCC VP discussing Rohini Sindhuri's transfer goes viral

The sudden transfer of Hassan Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri has taken a new twist with an audio file going viral on social networks.

The audio reveals that not just  district in-charge minister A. Manju, but KPCC vice-president B Shivaram also had a hand in the transfer.  

The 4.4 minute audio is a conversation between KPCC vice-president B Shivaram and dalit and Chelur taluk SP Morcha leader Kumar.  

In the audio, the duo discuss DC Sindhuri's transfer.

This audio hereby raises new questions on the political motives behind the transfer and who stand to benefit from it.
